Food is amazing, contemporary. Ingredients are fresh and the dishes full of true flavors. Special mention for the desserts.

One of the best gourmet restaurants in Nice. The cuisine is very refined and innovative. I sometimes go there, especially for the lunch menu (38 or 48), which is more affordable. The wine list is very good. Sometimes you wish the service were a little warmer for a perfect 20/20.

I doubted an app could choose a restaurant. This app found this place and counts the calories after a photo. The carpaccio was good, with enough protein and a decent portion. The service was quick.

It's always a wonderful experience at Keisuke Matsushima's, a restaurant that truly deserves its reputation in Nice. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the ambiance and, above all, the warm welcome: attentive and professional service. On the plate, it's a veritable journey between the Mediterranean and Japan. Keisuke Matsushima's cuisine is refined, precise, and full of personality. The ingredients are remarkably well-prepared, the cooking is masterful, and the combinations are always spot-on. In some dishes, you'll find that subtle Japanese touch that adds a great deal of finesse without ever overpowering the main ingredients. Special mention must also be made of the care taken with the presentation: each dish is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. Of course, the restaurant also boasts a very fine wine list. Gastronomic cuisine that remains elegant and authentic. And when the weather permits, the terrace is also very pleasant. A Nice favorite that we always enjoy rediscovering and that we recommend without hesitation. Well done to the Chef and his entire team.
