I asked for omakase + pairing. My 10-day stay in Nice is coming to an end. All of Nice's dishes are delicious, but Matsushima's dishes here are truly delicate! ! Is this what you mean? . It was a wonderful thing that made me realize that. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every dish, which was complex and brought out the flavors of the ingredients, which must have taken a lot of effort behind the scenes. There was a man who seemed to be a tourist from America casually enjoying dinner by himself, and a group of local regulars, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. When I told them that I couldn't eat that much, I was able to have the portion of each plate reduced little by little. Thank you for your pleasant customer service! Is Matsushima also relatively quiet? However, he was a wonderful person with a warm personality!

We had a good meal at Keisuke Matsushima. We had their take on the Omakase which was pleasant overall. Some dishes were outstanding and others were good but didn’t leave a lasting memory.

The dishes are made with local fresh ingredients and the dishes have a sense of UMAMI, natural but delisious flavor. Super delicious dishes! At the same time, I felt peace of mind with gently cooked dishes. You can enjoy the flavor of the dishes using fresh local ingredients. The food was carefully prepared and tasted great. Also, when you eat the food, you can feel the gentleness that soothes your soul.

We have been going there for many years and are always happy to taste the chef's wonderful cuisine. A delight!
