Ker-Novo sur Chateaubriant

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks during a business trip. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Every day, I received a warm and friendly welcome from Pascal and the team. The evening meals were excellent! There was a wide selection for breakfast. The location is perfect, on the edge of town but close to the main shopping area. There's parking in front of the hotel, which is great for parking nearby.

I'm staying here for four weeks on a business trip and I feel almost "at home" thanks to the warm welcome and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and dedicated to the well-being of their guests. They offer generous breakfasts, meal trays if you arrive late, simple but tasty cuisine, and they're happy to accommodate requests for salads (thanks, Kevin! 😁).

A week's stay in Châteaubriant... I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist (Gwendoline). Breakfast was very good. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open on Saturday evenings.

We were very well received, we were even offered coffee upon arrival, Jessica and Shirley, the chambermaids, had taken great care of our room and the breakfast is exceptional in its range and quality!
