An institution that truly cares for its customers, whether new, passing through, or long-time patrons, offering impeccable service, constantly reinventing itself, and presenting a carefully curated and original menu (how many restaurants serve Fontainebleau??). A must! Bravo to the entire team!

Delightful dining spot in Aixe en Provence, food was tasty and well done. My tenderloin was delightful with excellent quality beef. Wine list was average with some good find! Service was a bit challenging but manageable.

We celebrated my partner’s birthday at L’Archevêché recently and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were the most attentive I have ever come across, they really made the evening feel special. The food was exquisite too. Highly, highly recommend for a celebration, you won’t be disappointed.
