Kfc sur Seynod

Oublie une boisson + un sandwich pour un total de manque à 10€. Voilà 10€ de perdu car pas capable d assurer une commande. C'est plus ce que c'était ce kfc. Avant on avais des jeunes étudiants têtes en l'air mais c'était bon et maintenant ce sont des personnes qui ne parle pas super le français et qui se trompe. A éviter malheureusement..

Honestly, this KFC deserves 3 stars because I think they've improved. Takeout order: drink spilled again, fries burnt. They should add more vegetarian options like boxes with tenders. I'd also like to mention the interior of the fast food restaurant: very dirty tables, chairs, and armchairs. But they've improved a lot, which is great.

An unusual experience this evening, with a long wait: some customers had been waiting for over an hour, and we waited more than 40 minutes. The order arrived a little cold, probably due to the crowd and what seemed to be a complicated organizational process at that moment. We didn't know exactly what was happening internally, but at times it seemed like the rest of the team was very calm, even a bit overwhelmed by the situation, while only one person was truly handling the emergency. I would also like to highlight the work of the manager (whose tattoos are visible on the front of his right arm), who was exceptional: always smiling, attentive, running around to answer customers, manage delays, and find solutions. To compensate for the wait, the team was also very generous, adding several extra items to the order, which was truly appreciated. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of situation here; the other times everything went very smoothly. It's hard to know what the problem was that evening, but despite the difficulties, the manager's involvement clearly saved the restaurant's image.
