The food was very good, the restaurant was clean, but there wasn't enough staff; the wait for the food was long, and I had to wait 15 minutes at the counter for a bottle of water because there was nobody there.

Great experience at KFC Dax on Sunday evening! The staff were welcoming, the service was quick despite the crowds, and the food was piping hot. The chicken was crispy and the fries were delicious. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. I'll gladly come back 😊

Hello, I had the €5 set menu, it was very good, but the only problem was the false advertising because they didn't have the crisps, claiming they were out of stock. I saw afterwards that this wasn't true because I saw lots of people with bags of crisps, so I think they're being discreet if you order the €5 meal. They're just being discreet about it, though.

My daughter loves coming here for the playroom. But often, the tables aren't clean, and neither is the floor.
We came during the week, and the room was in a terrible state. We ordered our meals and ate.
The next day, my daughter had a fever of 39.5°C (103.3°F) and diarrhea, my husband had diarrhea, and my son had a stomach ache. I think you should be worried!
It's a real shame...
In any case, for us, that's it.

For me, the best fast food where you don't get sick afterwards... However, whenever there's a new burger offer, they never have it, it's a disaster. Even today, they don't have any Legend burgers left... Seriously, ordering stock isn't complicated. I never leave comments, but this is really annoying. It happens very often, and I'm a good customer. I'll keep coming because you're the only KFC near the town hall. Fix this, it's frustrating. I drive 20 minutes specifically to come here, that's 40 round trips just to not get the burger I wanted. 😡 Maybe you should just put someone else in charge. Thanks
