02/02/2026: How is it that when we want two baguettes cut, you don't have a knife? Or you don't offer to do it with tongs like your colleagues did? The saleswoman didn't live up to my expectations! She said, "This isn't a bakery, we only sell baguettes." And when I asked her what I could get with 197 points, she replied, "Nothing!" However, the loyalty card on my phone states that you can get at least one pain au chocolat with 150 points. I understand that your job is tiring, but this needs to be reported to your managers, and you could be more courteous. The loyalty program was set up by you; it didn't come out of your own pocket. 3 stars for previous visits, which were much better. I prefer Brioche Dorée in Flins, where the service is far superior!
