A huge thank you to the team (though small considering the customer traffic) on Tuesday, May 19th, around 9:30 pm. The person at the counter (with tattoos on their arms) was very energetic and friendly, providing all the necessary information to each customer and the kitchen staff. This made the short wait pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the regular counter staff, so the 5 stars are directly for them.

The service was very good, but the food wasn't always hot, or it was overcooked or undercooked, and the restaurant wasn't very well maintained! A shame.

The cleanliness of the tables, sofa, and chairs leaves much to be desired; there's a serious lack of professionalism. As for the food, it's just fast food.

Not many people at 11:40 am, but there was a wait.
I ordered the €10 box and they told me they were out of chicken for my burger...😭 I told them if KFC is out of chicken, then they should close up shop 😂...and yet there were plenty of ready-made burgers behind them. I told them to sort it out themselves, and she finally went to see a manager who said it was fine.
And to top it all off, there was a wait, but the breading on the chicken wasn't cooked enough, disgusting!! So, not a great experience, especially since I've tried much better ones elsewhere.
