Excellent experience, great atmosphere, and quality chicken. The manager, Roumaissa, was very professional and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The cleaning lady, Almaz, spent the entire afternoon cleaning around us, both before and after our arrival.

My order was "forgotten." I ordered at the self-service kiosk and paid at the register. I waited several minutes until an employee noticed I'd been there for a long time. The number displays weren't working.

Since when can't we connect to the ordering kiosk anymore? Now you order at the kiosk but you pay at the register to get the points... I only found this out after paying at the kiosk; there were no signs or anything to indicate it... what's going on?

The tenders were actually quite good, considering how long it had been since I'd had them. However, the toilets? They're a disgrace! They smell like a sewage treatment plant, and when you wash your hands they smell even worse than when you arrived, and the hand sanitizer is no better.

28/08/2026: A huge thank you to this lovely employee, "Sherazade," at the drive-thru! 🥰 I simply asked her if it would be possible to get a balloon for my son, and she didn't hesitate for a second to go and get him one, all with a big smile. 🎈 It may seem like a small gesture, but it's exactly this kind of attention and kindness that makes all the difference. It's so nice to be greeted by such smiling and caring people, even at the drive-thru! Well done to her, and thank you again for my little boy! ❤️👏
