Thank you to the employees at this KFC for their warm welcome and excellent service. I went to pick up my box of spicy chicken and placed my order. After barely two minutes of waiting, an employee came to explain that my order would take a little longer because their machines weren't hot enough yet, as no one had ordered spicy chicken. Two minutes later, the same employee returned, apologizing and explaining that his colleagues had forgotten to turn on the machine to cook my order. He offered me ice cream or coffee while I waited, which I gladly accepted. Even though there was a small problem, their responsiveness was flawless. I highly recommend this KFC over any other. Thank you for handling my order with such dedication and professionalism.
