05/04/2026: Last night I tried to get in with my friend who has difficulty walking, and we were turned away by the security guard who assumed he was drunk. It's shameful to target a disabled person like that. I'm outraged. And of course, I tried to negotiate and explain why my friend has an unsteady gait. The bouncer refused to listen to us. This lack of respect is appalling. I'm sixty-two years old and I've never experienced anything like this.

05/04/2026: Everything is homemade and delicious. We were served by Alexia, who we found very pleasant. Still a big fan of the Jules Verne atmosphere. The French pub has become my new favorite spot! 😁

11/04/2026: The accent immediately set the Italian mood. The pizzas then delighted our taste buds. Burrata, Parma ham, homemade tomato sauce...it had it all. The refreshing tiramisu was the perfect ending to this wonderful dinner. A friendly atmosphere in a residential neighborhood. A restaurant that doesn't look flashy from the outside, but the service and the food didn't disappoint. A magnificent pizza oven sits in the middle of the restaurant.

12/03/2026: Not great; service was okay, but the food was mass-produced. The tapas starter had undercooked pizza bread (it didn't really resemble tapas). The burger bun was like cardboard, and the fries were tasteless; the vegetarian option wasn't any better. The chocolate dessert was mass-produced. The atmosphere is pleasant if you enjoy being surrounded by large, noisy tables. We won't be back.

This little bar, run for over 40 years by the legendary Raymond—a 77-year-old man with a beret and a smile that lights up everything—is a pure and simple journey through time. Imagine: a decor frozen in the 70s, with its orange Formica benches, sparkling aluminum light fixtures, and a mind-blowing collection of owl figurines everywhere (the story behind it is adorable; Raymond had a real one at home!). Add to that knick-knacks accumulated over the decades, yellowed photos, and a cozy cramped atmosphere that forces people to squeeze together... and presto, you're in an authentic cocoon where you forget the outside world. And the prices? A joke! It's the cheapest bar in Paris: a half-pint for €2, a coffee for peanuts, and Raymond refuses to raise anything, even when the end of the month is tough. It's not just economical, it's generous, friendly, with an atmosphere where everyone chats, laughs, and lets loose without fuss. The regulars are like one big family, and newcomers (like me, after reading glowing reviews) leave feeling at home. 02/03/2026: This is a bistro that deserves to be frequented regularly. Why? The warm welcome makes you feel like you're the one they're waiting for – the decor puts you at ease with comfortable furniture – and the bistro cuisine is just the way we like it – classic French specialties that we appreciate wholeheartedly. Kudos to this couple who have just taken over as owners.

23/03/2026: The pizzas were pretty good overall, although there are a few things that could be improved: the dough was too hard for my liking, and the "Tartiflette" pizza was too salty for my taste... Something to correct...

21/03/2026: Pizzas ordered from the vending machine. Fast delivery in 4-5 minutes as promised, but... the pizzas were undercooked and tasteless. Very disappointed.
