We received a very warm welcome at this KFC, the food arrived quickly and hot, and a special thank you to the manager Hakim who served us!

I had a wonderful experience this evening at KFC. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome, as well as the professionalism and dedication shown by the team throughout my visit. I especially want to highlight the attitude of the manager, Akim, who was exceptionally proactive, attentive, and responsive. He took the time to handle my order with great care, demonstrating a genuine commitment to service and a commendable dedication to customer satisfaction. This kind of attention truly makes a difference and helps reinforce the positive image of your establishment. This KFC was great when it first opened. But lately, the staff seems tired, and you always have to double-check your order before leaving because there are quite a few oversights or mistakes. But the food is still good for a fast-food restaurant.

The principle of a fast-food restaurant: action and reaction. For a drive-thru to see no one at the counter is absurd. If you don't want to work or serve, there are other professions you could pursue.

Not many fries despite the XL meal deal. On-site, the tables aren't always cleaned, the trays on the serving counters are overflowing, and there's quite a wait.
