It was a takeout order. Luckily, I checked before leaving; the drink was missing. The employee responsible for the omission found it amusing, but not me. If I hadn't checked, I would have either had to walk two kilometers back to get it, or I would have given up and done without it, even though I'd already paid for it. A final check of the order wouldn't hurt.

Typical KFC, all ok. No highlights, nor good nor bad. It is nice they offer a personal combo for 12€ that includes a ticket for Narbonne's volley match. It is good to encourage local sports.

The chicken was still delicious. The table service was good. However, the table was dirty. And the toilet was disgusting.

The service was very fast, but the sauces were missing from my order. I had to drive an extra 15km to go back and get them, only to encounter a woman who didn't believe me and refused to give them to me (even though I had called ahead and been told to come back). I also had to show my receipt because there was confusion about the number of sauces; the woman insisted I should have only received one, even though I had clearly ordered two. I wouldn't have stolen two sauces worth a few cents, and I certainly wouldn't have driven 15km for that... Luckily, another woman came and sorted it out.

I've been ordering from Pizza Pizza for years and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the product or anything else. Truly excellent! I wouldn't change Pizza Pizza for anything.
