Everything is excellent: spring rolls, maki, California rolls, stir-fried beef—everything is homemade with quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; there's nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is lovely. Come and discover this fantastic place without hesitation!

We ordered a takeaway with an assortment of products to introduce to the children. It was a real hit; the kids loved it. The portions were perfect, and the quality was excellent. We'll definitely be ordering again!

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Toulouse. I was already a regular at the Purpan location for lunch during the week. And since I live in Blagnac, I'm now much closer, especially for evenings and weekends. The food is excellent. The chef is truly skilled; he trained in Japan. The gyozas, makis, sushi, and rice are all delicious. The service is superb. I appreciate the simplicity, respect, and kindness. And the new location in Blagnac is fantastic—spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace and very easy parking right in front of the restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable. In short, EVERYTHING is great!!! Long live Kimato Sushis, and all my best wishes for the well-deserved success of its new location.

The manager is incredibly kind, and his story is touching. His dishes are cooked with passion, and you can taste it! Plus, the prices aren't high. We'll definitely be back!

A pleasant surprise! I chose this restaurant randomly after returning late from a trip. Well, this restaurant will definitely be our go-to whenever we're craving sushi! Reasonable prices, really friendly and helpful waiter and cook, and the food was 10/10! (The rice was perfectly cooked.)
