This is the best Japanese restaurant in the 15th arrondissement, and we've tried them all. The salmon is excellent, the sushi and maki are generous, and the sashimi is unforgettable. The place is calm and well laid out, and the service is some of the friendliest and most cheerful in Paris. A sure bet.
