We just stopped by for a drink with my wife, son, and dog. The waitresses were very pleasant and the beer was good.

Truly very friendly and dynamic staff... We dined there twice: 1. Excellent tartlet 2. Sirloin steak with morel sauce Excellent meat and cooking Individual rib steak and wonderful Dauphinoise potatoes. The meat is delicious, marbled... It comes from a farmer in a nearby village. The Génépi liqueur is just right... delightfully potent. 😆 Thank you to the chef and the service team... We'll be back. 🫠👍

A fantastic find during our stay in Valberg. Ideally located at the bottom of the slopes, in the heart of the pedestrian zone where you'll find plenty of summer activities. The service was warm and friendly. The establishment is well-suited for young children (high chair, changing table), and the food, especially the mountain specialties, is a real treat! We were a party of four adults and one child. We ordered the Reblochon salad with summer truffle, the baked Reblochon with summer truffle shavings, the baked Camembert with summer truffle, and the "Pâché des Mélèze" (a type of stew), along with a children's menu. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and the portions were very generous—a true delight! We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its wonderful mountain specialties!

A fantastic discovery during our stay in Valberg. The restaurant is very well located in the pedestrian zone, close to plenty of family activities for the summer. The service was warm and friendly. Despite being very busy that day, there was hardly any wait. We all ordered mountain specialties (Reblochon and summer truffle salad, baked Camembert with summer truffle shavings, baked Reblochon with summer truffle shavings, and the "Pâché des Mélèzes"—a real treat! Beautiful flavors, lovely presentation, and very generous portions! A feast! Even our almost 3-year-old son loved his nuggets and fries! For lovers of mountain specialties, we highly recommend it!

Very friendly welcome, the manager and his wife are lovely, we had dinner as a group of 7, quick service, the dishes were very good, Miraval at 40 euros, perfect!!

A sure bet in Valberg. The welcome and staff are top-notch: smiling, welcoming, and very professional. The service is quick and attentive. As for the food, it's truly excellent and high quality. In short, everything was perfect! You can go there without hesitation. It's a real treat!
