A Strasbourg institution. No frills here, it's simple, cool, and authentic. The value for money is simply unbeatable. Ordering a "kitsch plate" evokes that somewhat lost feeling these days of getting good food at a low price.

19/03/2026: Totally recommendable. Cosy atmosphere, fine and tasty food, great service and wide selection of wine. Let yourself be adviced by the waiters, they are really good at finding the right wine.

04/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The foie gras was perfect and the duck breast with its original sauce was incredible!
02/04/2026: Fantastic late dinner. I couldn't decide so i had 2 appetizers (the marrow and ceviche). They came within 5 minutes even though the place was packed. For dessert I also couldn't decide, but luckily there was the tea/coffee sensation, with miniature versions of three desserts. Really adorable and a great concept. It felt like having 5 amazing miniature meals and I really loved the variety you can experience with the French portions of 'just enough'.
