The food is consistently of excellent quality and delicious. The specials are always as good. The staff remembers you and always treats you well. The whole experience is wonderful from the food to the understated Parisian chic.

A truly beautiful, classy, ​​and stylish restaurant. Our dinner started off very well with delicious and original soups and spicy edamame. However, we were quite disappointed with the sushi. The fish (nigiri and maki) lacked flavor and was cut so incredibly thin that we had to order much more to be satisfied. For the price, we expected better. The desserts were very good, especially the matcha panna cotta. I will go back, but for something other than sushi, or perhaps for very basic and less expensive maki!

We've been to this restaurant about ten times, and each time it's been a very pleasant experience: delicious maki rolls, warm service... but yesterday the magic was gone. The maki rolls were really lacking in flavor (except for the must-try Rackham with truffle), the service was very professional but not very friendly... Leaving the restaurant, we were almost all in agreement. 600 euros for 9 people... What's going on? Have you changed chefs? Have the ingredients changed? It's incomprehensible.

The service was impeccable, and the food was exquisitely flavorful. A delightful discovery, ranking this place as the 2nd best sushi restaurant. A must-try!

They were good, not exceptional, but we found them a little lukewarm. Since it was very hot, I think serving them colder would have been more pleasant for a fresher taste. (This comment was made to our waitress.) - Value for money: This is where, for me, this restaurant loses points. It's tasty and visually appealing, but too expensive. More than €20 for six rolls is unacceptable, even in Paris. There are many Japanese restaurants in the capital that offer signature rolls of similar quality and quality, but served in portions of 10, for around €18-20, which makes about €40 for 20 rolls (which is enough for me to feel full). That's reasonable. There, it would have cost over €60 per person for 18 pieces each, which isn't justifiable in my opinion. We're not talking about luxury ingredients like lobster, caviar, truffles, etc. I'd like to come back for the €75 tasting menu to see if it's a better deal, but as it stands, I won't be ordering à la carte rolls again.
