It's just on the edge of the old town not too far from the cathedral but away from the tourist crowds. We got a table without any problem. The best restaurant I've been to in France in the last 12 months ( and cheapest) and I've eaten in about 10 different cities in that time. The service was quick and efficient. All the dishes were delicious and we repeat ordered some because they were that good. When we return to Bordeaux we'll definitely be back here for some more delicious food!!

Sakana

17/01/2026: We come to Sakana regularly with our daughters, and we always have a wonderful time. There's a wide selection of sushi, maki, and other things whose names I don't know, but everything is excellent. Right down to the little glass of sake with rose petals at the end of the meal.
06/01/2026: Excellent! For €20 we had an all-you-can-eat buffet. We ate very well. The servers were very kind and helpful. You really feel like you're in Japan in this restaurant.
