Kooc Bao sur Nice

Very authentic Taiwanese steamed buns and salty crispy chicken. Very delicious. The store clerk is also very friendly. I feel so touched to be able to eat such amazing Taiwan food in Nice. I highly recommend it.

It’s delicious. I’ve eaten too much French and Italian food, and suddenly I taste the taste of home. I love it. Based on traditional flavors, they further added sweet and sour taste (passion fruit, lemon peel, etc.) to make it less greasy, and also alleviated the greasy feeling of French and Italian meals for a week.

Superb. Best Taiwanese food in Nice for sure.

The small shops opened by Taiwanese bring glory to the country with the taste of longing.

The dishes were amazing, especially the fried vegetables! They were just superb! And the Bao are also very, very good. The atmosphere and service were perfect! We eat very well there for little money! I definitely recommend going there!!

Much less good for some time, example for the chicken bao with different breading plus baby carrots or peanuts with a different sauce.... It's a shame Menu also completely different and less interesting

Delicious dinner and comfortable place. Very good vegetarian options. Excellent quality/price ratio. One of my favorite places for a good dinner in Nice :)

We wanted to visit Kooc Toast and accidently went to Kooc Bao instead. A mistake we do not regret. The service was amazing, and the food was just perfect. The food was presented aesthetically, each dish tasted unique with unique combination of flavours and textures. We have by now tried almost all of their menu during our multiple visits. In Bao, chicken is my favorite. The cold noodles with soya skins were surprisly very refreshing and tasty for vegetarian option. The Taiwanese kimchi is very different from Korean kimchi and we loved it. The dessert was a pineapple pie/cake and was very fresh and tasty without being overly sweet. Drinks were fresh, refreshing and home made.

Such a cute spot hidden from the bustle of the main streets of Nice. I like to look for Asian food whenever I’m traveling to get a taste of home. The food wasn’t the best I’ve had compared to US but still tasted authentic. The soup was very salty and the pork in the rice was chewy. There was one server taking care of the place and she was really accommodating. The food took awhile but overall we liked the meal.
