It's a great place for a hot dog, but I think they've changed address or closed down.

It's very expensive for what it is—nothing special—and the quantity of ingredients is very insufficient. Considering the price, I only moderately enjoyed this hot dog.

A perfect spot for American street food lovers: Schwartz Hot Dog. The hot dogs are generous, incredibly delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The recipes are original, full of flavor, and served quickly in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable for the neighborhood. An excellent spot for a quick but truly tasty break.

I tried the classic hot dog just to taste it. It was good. The atmosphere is very much “eat and go.” 😃😃

I ate there today, it was absolutely amazing! The service was great, the hot dogs were really delicious, the sausage was top quality. The dessert, a cheesecake, was also delicious. Plus, the restaurant is right in the heart of the Marais, which gives it a really nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Le Requin Chagrin

23/09/2026: A very friendly bar, a haven for down-to-earth and pleasant people. Small, the terrace gets very crowded, especially on Saturdays. Like everywhere else.
19/09/2026: A huge thank you to Le Requin Chagrin for hosting my friends and me for my birthday when the first bar we booked turned out to be closed. They were incredibly kind and generous! We had a fantastic birthday in a private room, where we could play our own music and enjoy ourselves with friends! The cocktails and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this bar; it has a great atmosphere and the owners are amazing! THANK YOU REQUIN CHAGRIN 🫶
