The Labneh Chicken is life altering. Thank you for letting us visit AGAIN and enjoy it!! Gem salad was delightful and the Whipped Labneh is so good and paired brilliantly with the radish, olive, dill and mint.

My first visit to Kubri was two years ago, when it had just opened, so I was curious to see how the menu and the flavours had evolved. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was exceptional: a modern take on Lebanese cuisine that now feels bolder, but never overindulgent, and more confident, as though the chef has found her stride. The fish, wrapped in charred vine leaves, is as beautiful as it is delicious. With a squeeze of lemon, each bite moves between smoky, bright and delicate, with a wonderful play of textures. The cabbage is another dish I would order again without hesitation. Halloumi tucked inside crisp katayef was indulgent, with a pleasing balance of salt, sweetness and crunch. The deconstructed kibbeh was more playful, its cucumber, yoghurt and mint recalling the freshness and simplicity of a Lebanese village table. The dessert menu was short and sweet. - quite literally - and all the better for it. Two years between visits was perhaps too long. The next one will be much sooner.

Highly recommend the cabbage dish

Ordered 4 starters: Watermelon Fattoush, Cabbage, Octopus, Sea Bream tartar...all of them were phenomenal. Excellent flavour combinations and all the ingredients were fresh and perfectly paired together.

Amazing Lebanese Fusion Experience Kubri was a vibe from the moment we arrived at opening: stylish, energetic, and welcoming, with a team genuinely invested in creating a wonderful experience. Our server from the UK was warm, attentive, and professional, while meeting Pierre, the Mexican chef, added a personal touch that made the visit even more special. The Lebanese fusion concept was creative and beautifully executed, with standout dishes including the cabbage and watermelon salad—both fresh, delicious, and memorable. With great energy, thoughtful service, and an unforgettable dining experience, Kubri is definitely a must-visit in Paris!

Amazing food and wonderful service. Casual and comfortable.

The food was delicious - lebneh, burrata and chicken. Discovered too late that cabbage is their signature dish to order. Didn’t give 5 stars because we were offered a terrible table even with reservation so ended up eating at bar. Very small restaurant so request nice table.

What an amazing place Delicious Lebanese food, the flavours were stunning Our waitress was super helpful and our cocktails were out of this world! Relaxed atmosphere and fun We've had several meals in Paris on our trip, Kubri is the most memorable by far, and it's the one place we will definitely revisit Thank you team Kubri We highly highly recommend it
