A traditional Japanese restaurant, exactly as I've come to expect. The service is very quick. The food is prepared right in front of you. Fresh fish. The atmosphere isn't anything special... but at least they're incredibly efficient.

20/09/2025: Quite disappointed... as Chef Etchebest would say, the service was very slow... the dishes arrived late... my beef with onions... not good at all... and the nougat for dessert tasted rancid... When it came time to pay the bill, I made a few comments, including the stale nougat... not even a discount on the coffee... Now it'll be Vincennes...

17/03/2026: Passing through Montreuil, excellent salmon/tuna sashimi and sushi. A great find. I loved it.
