To start with... a compliment to the waiter. What an enthusiastic man he is. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed a lovely meal on the terrace.

I've been there a lot; this Japanese restaurant is a must-try in Metz, and even for the whole of Lorraine, I'd say (I've got several loyalty cards over the years). My wishlist right now: their steamed dumplings, miso soup, a bowl of vinegared rice, chicken spring rolls, salmon sushi, the tsukune yakitori, salmon and avocado California rolls... honestly, I'd even order the whole boat for two. It easily adds up to €50, but it's totally worth it! And they also do delivery.

Highly recommended. The service team is really pleasant; we are always warmly welcomed each time we come. Plus, the menus are better than in some other restaurants in Metz.

It was absolutely delicious! The miso soup was amazing, and the sushi even better! The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming, and I really appreciated the perfect service! And thank you to Francky, who was so friendly!

Delicious food and kind personnel. Only feedback is that the tables are a bit too crowded, you're almost eating in front of the other guests. Everything else very good.

20/07/2026: Fukushima is a very good Japanese restaurant. It welcomes you in a lovely, air-conditioned dining room... the service is impeccable, with young and friendly staff. Finally, the specialties are very tasty and perfectly executed. In short, you can go there without hesitation!
