The promise was there, with quite a few interesting notes in the execution. However, the overall experience was slightly below what we expected, and we found the price to be slightly elevated, given the outcome. The starters were really nice, except for the poulpe, which was overcooked and lacked taste. The cocottes were a bit too rough and lacked structure, as well as precision in the cooking. I ordered a fish that was way overcooked and dry, despite the fact it was bathing in a sauce that was quite nice. Also, the waiter misinformed us about a menu item, instead of aksing his hierarchy more humbly. The wine menu was very interesting with varied references to please all tastes and budgets.

A rich and enticing menu, beautifully presented on the plates and in the casseroles. A wonderful time spent in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to fully appreciate the other dishes. Congratulations to the chef and the waitstaff.
