L' Auberge de l' Impossible sur Briancon

28/10/2023: Very nice place to eat. Good food, reasonable prices, live music, entertaining staff. They only have place to eat at the outside so bring a jacket. But the view while eating from the terrace is really nice.

17/09/2023: I almost never post reviews. But I simply wanted to thank this person who served me by sharing a review that reflects the time I spent in his restaurant. This person was very pleasant, and the food served was very appreciated. I wanted to wait to experience the "open stage" concert evening, which is happening this evening, in this same very nice place, to be able to describe it in my review. But hey, given the spread that I'm writing, if I also describe the evening we're not finished 🤣!... But more seriously, I already want to give it 5 stars. So whatever. Really, a very pleasant way of welcoming and speaking. Very friendly. I felt like I was one of his friends. A big thank you Sir for your attitude and your way of being. I can't wait for the open stage evening tonight. Which promises to be crazy with drums, sax, guitar, singing... delighted to come across an event like that by chance. Quite a surprise!
