15/06/2026: Absolutely fabulous family-run restaurant. We popped in without reservations and initially we were told there wasn’t a free table, which was fine. As we were walking away we were called back and seated next to the fireplace, so we were able to watch all the grilled dished prepared. I had the duck breast and it was fabulous. We liked it so much we came back for lunch a few days later. I highly recommend this restaurant for the great food and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

27/05/2026: Cold welcome, rude waiter... We ordered plain water and got a bottle we were charged 7 Eur for!!? The tables with locals around us got a bottle of tap water for, I don't know, for free or few bucks. It worked for us also like that in other restaurants, just here an exception. Food was good but to expensive (24 Eur for a main) for what it is. Portions are very small. We won't come back.

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

14/06/2026: The classic Caesar salad is elevated to new heights here! Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!

22/05/2026: After 40 minutes, without even asking for drinks, we left.

26/05/2026: Great place! We ate well and received a very warm welcome. The craft beers are excellent. And the crepes were truly outstanding, both sweet and savory. The bill wasn't excessive. The place is charming. Thank you!

22/05/2026: The savory buckwheat pancakes are generous, but unfortunately overheated and therefore dry, and overpriced! The sweet crepes are good and reasonably priced.

26/05/2026: We enjoyed a delicious raclette, made with high-quality charcuterie, and a very tasty panna cotta. The owner's welcome and service were perfect. We are long-time customers and have never been disappointed. Well done, don't change a thing! Pierre and Benedicte

30/05/2026: A restaurant perfect for spontaneous getaways! The waiter, cook, and owner were incredibly welcoming and kind! The meal was absolutely delicious. We also got a taste of some alpine traditions 😉. We'll never forget this experience... Thank you to them, and all the best for the future. And perhaps we'll see you again sometime... 15/03/2026: A charming, family-run hotel in a great location. Beautiful, tastefully decorated chalet-style rooms. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Secure parking is a nice bonus.
