Enzo and Nico, the owners, give this place a soul: genuine laughter, a warm welcome, and a simple yet precious way of hosting. You don't just enter a restaurant, but a home where you are truly welcomed. Then comes the cuisine… and that's where everything elevates the experience. The chef and her assistant work with precision and passion, and it shows in every bite. We shared a fondue: creamy, flavorful, perfectly balanced—without a doubt, one of the best we've ever tasted. There are places where you eat, and others where you experience a moment. This one clearly belongs to the latter category. An address to remember, and above all, one you want to return to! In short, don't hesitate!

22/03/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a good selection on the menu. One small drawback: it's a shame you can't enjoy a fondue or raclette on your own. That said, I chose the leg of lamb and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

08/04/2026: Passing through Briançon on holiday, we had the pleasure of stopping for a matcha and a cappuccino with some delicious pastries. The place is welcoming and everything looked very tasty. We'll be back on our next trip to try other dishes. I highly recommend this place 🇮🇹

The only slight drawback was the desserts, which were less inspired. Very good wines by the glass. The service could be more personalized. The dining room is simply decorated. 17/04/2026: I was really disappointed by the food! It's not worthy of a chef; even an amateur could do better. I ordered octopus and vegetables, and everything was completely tasteless! The octopus was barely grilled, and don't even get me started on the vegetables, which seemed to have come straight from a freezer bag and were barely lukewarm. I asked for them to be reheated, but it still wasn't right! There was absolutely no seasoning (no salt, pepper, garlic, or parsley!). The octopus was like rubber (it must have been microwaved!). So I didn't order dessert! I hope the manager will take my feedback into account for improvements! I don't usually like to criticize Italian restaurants (I'm of Italian descent)! My husband ordered a Milanese cutlet with pasta, which wasn't great either! I hope the pizzas are better!
