Cold accommodation, a towel warmer in the living room that wasn't very effective for heating. The ski slope was terrible, lots of black ice. No toboggan run. Not much to do in the area. La Norma is better for skiing. And look closely at the wooden chairs; my wife fell backward and they came loose.

I've been going to Valmeinier every summer for 15 years, but this is the first time I've booked through Pierre et Vacances, and I have no regrets, quite the opposite; everything is perfect. See you next summer 😉

Staying in a lovely duplex with a mountain view, I spent a wonderful, peaceful week. I received a very warm welcome, and the staff went above and beyond to guide us and ensure we had a wonderful stay. The pool is ideally located, with a mountain view, for a complete disconnection. A little sauna after a hike... the icing on the cake. I highly recommend it.

Very well located in the Valmeinier 1800 resort, very beautiful view, the best thing is the swimming pool in summer. The problem is the resort in summer: very little activity other than hiking, only 1 chairlift which is also closed on Saturdays and Sundays, the same for the shuttle, zero pharmacy... luckily the landscapes are there.

25/08/2024: Passing through Valmeinier, we stopped at this restaurant: not the dream customers (a stroller, a dog) and we were seated well before lunch time. But we were able to have a drink while waiting and afterwards the service was fast and impeccable and for the dishes excellent value for money. Don't hesitate to stop
