This is my second time at this restaurant, and it certainly won't be my last.
The cuisine is refined, creative, and delicious.
The ingredients are of excellent quality.
The service is top-notch.
The setting is superb!
I would describe this restaurant, without hesitation, as semi-gastronomic, equally suitable for omnivores and vegetarians (there are always suitable appetizers and main courses).
A delight!

We celebrated Valentine's Day a week early, and I was initially drawn to the setting.
The food was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and presentation that met our expectations. We commend both the chef in the kitchen and the owner for his warm welcome upon our arrival.

A wonderful discovery in Pézenas! We had dinner there on a Sunday evening and were warmly welcomed by the owner, who greeted us with a big smile and a genuine sense of hospitality. His passion for cooking is immediately apparent, and he shares it with humor, respect, and simplicity—everything my parents, my girlfriend, and I love.
The quality is undeniably there: top-notch ingredients, expertly prepared, that make all the difference on the plate. This restaurant has gone from a simple discovery to a place I wholeheartedly recommend. It's now my go-to spot whenever I want to enjoy delicious, well-prepared food in a friendly atmosphere.

My husband and I went on a Sunday evening after visiting the antique shops in town. The food was exquisite, the place is charming, and the service was wonderful. The owner told us the history of the place, where carriages used to stop in the 19th century. They've maintained the original architecture and even have a very unique aquarium. Highly recommended!
