Today, rather than describing the sumptuous display of golden pastries, fine chocolates and ice creams with surprising flavors like blueberry or violet, let me tell you about a tiramisu that is as daring as it is refined.
Imagine, first of all, a light mascarpone cream, soft as a caress, neither too sweet nor too strong.
