21/06/2026: On a quiet but very warm day in Vaison la Romaine this place was a real treat. Innovative, flavourful dishes from entree to dessert. And an air-conditioned interior with lots of room. It's certainly not the standard tourist version of provencal food but makes inspired dishes from local ingredients. Spend a little more and get a real treat.
20/06/2026: We were greeted by a discreet but very efficient waiter, and the meal, from appetizer to dessert, was delicious. Four Bretons who recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

21/07/2026: Delicious home cooking. Special mention goes to the grilled octopus with aioli. But the baba au rhum and chocolate mousse are also top-notch! It's peaceful, away from the overly touristy and noisy areas of Vaison in the middle of summer, in the shade of the plane trees along Cours Taulignan. Bliss!

24/07/2026: A must-visit! While passing through Vinsobres, we had the chance to stop by BISTROT 915. The staff is fantastic, and the owner is truly dedicated to his customers! It's not every day you find such excellent service... From food and wine pairing suggestions to dessert (a coffee scoop topped with a little BUMBU... a real treat). Thank you for everything. We look forward to seeing you again 😊

After 10 minutes, she was still clearing tables and taking the bill... She had completely forgotten about me.
They have too many seats for the amount of staff.
21/07/2026: A very warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant at the foot of the upper town of Vaison-la-Romaine.
A peaceful spot nestled among the historic stones of this beautiful old town.
And when the food is good, it's a truly lovely place, with a great selection of wines to quench your thirst. A delightful surprise.

16/06/2026: I ate here with my mother recently and we highly recommend it! The fries are very good, as is the chicken burger. There's a friendly yet relaxed atmosphere, which I appreciate. Oh, and the staff are very helpful.

25/05/2026: A multitude of aromas in this delicious lamb tagine! It was composed of a wide variety of vegetables. The service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was simple and pleasant. I highly recommend it! It deserves to be better known!
