22/04/2025: We had a delicious meal at La Lyriste. The 3-course menu was surprisingly delicious. Each dish was prepared with care and very tasty. The children's menu was also surprising, not the standard fries and chicken nuggets, but a smaller variant of the menu that had also been given attention. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff friendly and attentive. We would eat here again in a heartbeat.

30/03/2026: After visiting Vaison, we had lunch at the Pizzeria du Vieux Vaison. Beautiful view of Vaison-la-Romaine, warm welcome, dogs allowed. The food was delicious. Pizza for my wife and the daily special for me (veal paupiette with tagliatelle and mushroom sauce). A real treat! The staff is super friendly. Best of luck to the whole team.

The setting is simply incredible: a small, charming hotel with an amazing view from a beautifully landscaped and shaded terrace. The cuisine is refined and excellent; we went on a Sunday, brunch day, and it was a delight. And how could I not mention the truly incredible welcome! From the initial phone call to the reception, the service at our table, and even our departure from the restaurant, we were always treated with warmth and a smile. It was so refreshing to experience such kindness and friendliness. We will be back soon to stay at this family-run hotel. Thank you again for your hospitality and service.
