It's sublime, from the reservation to the café it's a most pleasant moment.
The restaurant is perched in the middle of the climb which leads to the castle, seated on tables arranged around an old have we delight in the chef's abode.
And damn what a treat!
A culinary experience, it's so good, so well seasoned. Everything is homemade and in quantities limited to the number of seats for the day.
The chef, boss, waiter because yes he does everything, is very friendly and makes us have a good time.
We will come back without hesitation at the opening of the next season!

In old Vaison, it is from the bottom of the oven via the flight of stairs to the trickle of water from the washhouse that, without setbacks, Thierry, the ace of the abode, will FEDERATE all lovers of this traditional dish.
Everything was perfect, don't change anything.
We are already reserving our square in the central aisle for next year ;-)

And it was a very good surprise
The staff is very friendly and caring.
The fried prawns for the dish of the day were not only nice sizes but the plate was copious

Pleasant welcome
We took the menu for 23 euros it was a treat
Aubergine papeton specialties from Avignon and crispy goat's cheese, candied onions and honey, then fried Normandy sausage and marinated prawn skewer with saté vegetable spring for dessert, melon soup with mint and scoop of ice cream
Everything was excellent, the ice cream was extremely good
I recommend with my eyes closed

29/03/2024: A boss has a warm welcome and obvious friendliness. An ultra-smiling waitress with unquestionable know-how and personality. Fair, fresh, tasty cuisine completely in line with the prices, a pleasant exterior, an enveloping decor. Without hesitation I recommend this place....go there and have a good time!
29/01/2024: Excellent little bistro with a beautiful terrace for sunny days. Main course-dessert menu at 16€ correct. Good Creole dishes. Fast and friendly service, friendly welcome. A good restaurant for lunch break.
