Excellents plats, servis bien chauds et en quantité pour de très petits prix. Le personnel est charmant. La façade et l’extérieur m’avait donné mauvaise impression mais ca a été une découverte super positive.

The location along the greenway is ideal for cyclists, the staff is very attentive, and the value for money is exceptional. We had a blast!! The only downside, already indicated by others: the waiting time, you should not be in a hurry. We spent two hours there and waited 1 hour for the first dish. But frankly, if you're on vacation and you're not in a hurry, it's not very important in terms of the quality of the service and the cuisine.

Obligatory passage when you pedal on the road bike between Remiremont and La Bresse. The plates are generous in addition to being delicious. And what about dessert, this delicious puff pastry with warm mirabelle plums...

L’escale Verte is a lovely little eatery with very friendly staff and beautiful views, adjacent the “route verte” in Saulxures-sur-Mosellotte. The cuisine was straightforward, but we enjoyed ourselves nevertheless. Sometimes, the simplicity of a meal allows the true flavors to shine and creates a comforting and satisfying dining experience. As Anthony Bourdain said, "Good food is very often, even most often, simple food”.
