While in Nîmes on a business trip, we walked into this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel receptionist, and it was a wonderful discovery: the food was excellent and the service (Matthieu) was very pleasant. I highly recommend it; we will be back.

Every time we come to Nîmes, we have lunch at L'Esclafidou. Everything on the daily menu is delicious and original, from the appetizer to the dessert. Impeccable service from Mathieu, always with a smile.

The atmosphere is calm and elegant, the food is fresh and prepared with care. Matthew and the chef are friendly. We had a good wine selection. One small suggestion for improvement: The filet mignon was very good, perhaps it could have been cooked a little less.

Le Romarin

07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at lunchtime today at Le Romarin restaurant. I enjoyed an excellent Caesar salad, made with fresh ingredients. The service was simply perfect: quick and attentive. I highly recommend it!
13/03/2026: Great family meal at this restaurant near the arenas and the Maison Carrée. Very good value for money. Very friendly welcome.
