I would like to share my more than positive experience at l'Étape Méridienne, a charming inn in Escandolières very recently taken over by a welcoming and friendly team. This restaurant offers simple, authentic, 100% homemade family cuisine, favoring fresh and local products.
With the exception of ice cream (excellent, by the way) no frozen products are found on their menus. Each plate highlights the freshness of the ingredients and the undeniable talent of the new chef. The homemade dishes are not only plentiful, but also very good.
For just €15 you can enjoy a daily menu including a starter, main course, dessert and coffee. With such great value for money, what more could you ask for?
There were 6 of us sharing this meal and we were all unanimous: the Etape Méridienne is a simple inn where the homemade cuisine is fresh, tasty and healthy, all at a very reasonable price.
But all this is just my testimony! Also, come and judge for yourself, with friends or in a group. You will probably discover that it is an excellent address, and, like us, you will come back with great pleasure.
