L' Inter'Val sur Colombey-Les-Deux-Eglises

A very good meal at L’Inter’Val, ideally located near the Charles de Gaulle Memorial. The six-course menu is well-paced, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes, including a high-quality foie gras. Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. A very good address for a gourmet meal in the region.

Restaurant located directly opposite the church in Colombey. Delighted with this dinner. Special mention goes to the three-course foie gras menu: the scallops with foie gras sauce were particularly delicious. The ribeye steak from the à la carte menu was excellent. Pleasant service; the two ladies were particularly welcoming. Very good selection of champagnes at reasonable prices. It's best to make a reservation, as the restaurant was quite full. I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant, generous and delicious dishes

A very nice place, impeccable value for money, beautiful decor, we had a wonderful meal and generous portions!

We discovered the daily menu, which pleasantly surprised us. The local beer is also very good. We recommend this restaurant.

While passing through Colombey, we chose this place for our first evening. Friendly restaurant. Friendly service, good food. We have no regrets and highly recommend it!

A very nice restaurant, by the way! Announcement of no daily specials, only the set menus or à la carte are available. We took the à la carte menu and very good, refined starters.... Then the andouillette and beef dishes with impeccable sauces, but it was a real shame about the accompaniment with basic frozen McCain-style fries. So, a decent restaurant, but the prices were high compared to the service: €112 for 2 glasses of wine, 2 elaborate starters, 2 very basic dishes, 1 bottle of water, 1 herbal tea, and 1 coffee = €56/person

Great restaurant located right across from the church. The dishes were plentiful and excellent, including the children's menu with real homemade nuggets. Special mention for the homemade mint ice cream for dessert. The service was very pleasant and fast. We recommend it!
