Great hotel, quiet location, close to Chambord castle, excellent food, private parking. Toilet and bathroom are cramped.

The staff were very pleasant, smiling, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, quiet, and convenient. I highly recommend it.

We stayed two nights at this hotel on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) and we were delighted! The welcome, the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort, the breakfast (cereal bowls, seeds... which needed cleaning, a nice touch) everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the restaurant twice! The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Château de Chambord and just a few meters from the Chambord biscuit factory... it's fantastic! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team

Perfect!! Very pleasant hotel and friendly staff

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very good. However, there are also some drawbacks that don't live up to the prestige it tries to project: - lack of hygiene in the rooms (especially the bathroom) - poor soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear absolutely everything, even when your neighbor is in the toilet - very humid room - lack of ventilation in the toilet and bathroom It's also a shame that they don't offer fresh products for breakfast, particularly bread and pastries. What really makes the difference is the location and the staff. Good for one or two nights.

We stayed here for Valentine's weekend. We received a very warm welcome, the rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was generous. The location is very peaceful, ideal for tranquility.

Very welcoming staff. The bar and restaurant were very good. The only downsides were the cold bathroom and the mediocre breakfast on Monday. Being off-season, there was no buffet on the second day, fewer choices (and you had to choose from a list upon arrival), and the pastries weren't good. It's a shame they didn't mention that there isn't a buffet every day during the off-season.
