Charming hotel, both for its location and design. The staff are very friendly and provide efficient and courteous service. The restaurant is exceptional.

Good value for money and really close to Chambord for visiting (the village is really remote and small, but we liked it). If you like quiet places, this is the place. There was a slight mix-up with the Wonderbox, which was sorted out without any problems (and it was mostly my fault; I had to call to book after activation). The restaurants were a bit pricey, but it's a touristy area, and overall prices have gone up everywhere (but it was good).

The hotel was very clean, with functional spaces, good quality meals and a varied selection, and a generous and varied breakfast! It's close to castles, making it easy to plan your visits. Perfect.

Great hotel, quiet location, close to Chambord castle, excellent food, private parking. Toilet and bathroom are cramped.

We stayed two nights at this hotel on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) and we were delighted! The welcome, the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort, the breakfast (cereal bowls, seeds... which needed cleaning, a nice touch) everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the restaurant twice! The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Château de Chambord and just a few meters from the Chambord biscuit factory... it's fantastic! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team

Perfect!! Very pleasant hotel and friendly staff

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very good. However, there are also some drawbacks that don't live up to the prestige it tries to project: - lack of hygiene in the rooms (especially the bathroom) - poor soundproofing in the rooms; you can hear absolutely everything, even when your neighbor is in the toilet - very humid room - lack of ventilation in the toilet and bathroom It's also a shame that they don't offer fresh products for breakfast, particularly bread and pastries. What really makes the difference is the location and the staff. Good for one or two nights.
