La Badiane sur Sainte-Maxime

Great restaurant with good food. Been there many times before. All good, but lacked a bit of color in many of the dishes this time.

Dishes that tantalize our taste buds with a delicious blend of flavors. Bravo to the chef for his talent and imagination and thank you to the waiter with whom we had a good evening. We will come back.

An adventure that we could judge to be growing on this 9-step carte blanche menu with at the beginning dishes that didn't really have any meaning or harmony for our taste. However, a rather successful pissaladière and mastered fish dishes were worth trying. The desserts were superb. Very warm welcome from the waiter who was very friendly. The waiting time between each stage was a bit long at times with the waiter alone having to manage the entire room. Small uncertainty regarding the character of a “halal” meat juice, having called beforehand I was told that they did not do halal in the restaurant but that we could replace non-halal meat with fish if desired, if the meat was halal why did you tell me otherwise on the phone? Still rather correct results

Limited places, modern environment, elaborate dishes of the highest quality, play of flavors and textures. Friendly and competent staff. When will Michelin star?

We had the privilege of living an extraordinary culinary experience at “La Badiane”. Chef Geoffrey Poësson demonstrated exceptional mastery of the gastronomic art. Each dish was a visual and taste masterpiece, combining exquisite flavors and the highest quality ingredients. The attention to detail, from the elegant presentation to the perfect balance of flavors, was simply remarkable. The “carte blanche” menu (8 keys) took us on an unforgettable culinary journey, with each dish surpassing the previous one in terms of creativity and sophistication. The service was impeccable, perfectly complementing the dining experience. Chef Geoffrey Poësson deserves all the praise for his incredible talent and obvious passion for cooking. We recommend this restaurant to all lovers of haute cuisine.
