A fantastic time at Le Cadet! The meal was excellent, but above all, the waitress on the terrace received a very warm welcome and friendly service. This created a pleasant atmosphere and a great location for enjoying the fireworks. She was incredibly friendly, smiling, and energetic. I highly recommend it.

In mid-June, we dined twice on the terrace at this establishment during our vacation. The cuisine is refined, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients.
Even though we didn't eat inside, the dining room is worth a visit as it's unique and beautiful.
The open kitchen allows you to chat with the chef, who was very friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

The best restaurant in the port of Hyères 🎉
The food is truly excellent.
Mina is an exceptional waitress—smiling, funny, and everything in between.
It's the very definition of the South of France, from the delicious food to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
We come back every year, and the experience is always just as wonderful.

The welcome and staff were very pleasant.
The waiter was friendly and professional.
The place is original but could use a little updating. Overall, the food was tasty, but it's a shame the salmon tartare was made with mayonnaise and the swordfish sauce was too salty, but it was still good nonetheless. 😉
The gourmet coffee was decent.
The price was a bit high for the quality.

We discovered this restaurant during our stay in Hyères. During our 10 days there, we dined there four times. The food was superb, and what can I say about the service... The smiles were as nourishing as the food, and I can tell you that you'll leave Cadet 83 completely satisfied. Thank you for these wonderful moments.
