La Bouillabaisse sur Hyeres

Excellent restaurant with impeccable, warm, and very friendly service. The value for money is remarkable. The little touches, the smiles, and the humor of the staff make all the difference. The bouillabaisse is excellent. After a short dive with Ulysse Plongée at the port of La Madrague, going to eat just across the street makes for a perfect day. You can go there without hesitation. I give it five stars, and if there were six, I would give them without hesitation!

I'm delighted to have returned for lunch here today, and what a joy to find such an exceptional team! The waiters and waitresses immediately greeted me with great kindness and seated me with a smile. Their dedication to service, their availability, and their genuine care make all the difference. You can tell they love their work and truly care about their customers. The food is, as always, flawless: quality ingredients, delicious cuisine, and excellent value for money. As for the setting, it's idyllic. My only regret—and it's a significant one—is the inability to leave a tip by credit card. Not having any cash on me, I wasn't able to thank this wonderful team for their professionalism. In a time when the majority of customers pay by card, it's truly regrettable that such a simple solution isn't offered. This deprives customers of the opportunity to express their satisfaction and the staff of the financial recognition they so richly deserve. I sincerely hope this issue will improve, as these waiters and waitresses are a real asset to this establishment. Otherwise, everything is perfect. I will return with great pleasure.

Delicious food. We stopped by on a whim and unfortunately only ordered the main course. It was amazing, and we're so glad we didn't order the full meal. We'll definitely be back.

Hello, Excellent establishment. I would like to respond to the last review regarding the beer issue. It is important to clarify that the problem did not originate from the establishment itself. The establishment was experiencing a technical issue with its equipment that day, beyond its control, and a technician was already scheduled to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Giving such a harsh rating to the entire establishment for a single technical incident does not necessarily reflect the usual quality of service offered.

A wonderful experience. Valérie and Pierre gave us a very warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent cuisine made with very fresh ingredients. Very good value for money. We shared a fantastic time in a superb atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything. 👍😉

Super welcoming atmosphere and very good food! The staff are extremely attentive; in all of France, I don't remember ever being treated so well. They are truly very friendly. I found the prices quite high, but it was worth every penny for the good food and impeccable service.

Beautiful view and a nice menu. The fisherman's casserole was very good. The service and atmosphere were very welcoming. Too bad about the mosquitoes... but the restaurant can't be blamed for that.

We stopped for a drink after a hike and the warm welcome convinced us to stay for dinner. We loved the fisherman's platter and the fish duo. I highly recommend it.
