La Bouillabaisse sur Hyeres

Excellent cuisine. The dishes are truly elaborate; it's worth the trip.

Excellent restaurant with a magnificent sea view from the terrace. After a lovely hike, we stopped there. The welcome was very warm. The dishes were delicious and served very quickly.

There are places where the magic happens perfectly! A beautiful, simple place, a warm and friendly welcome, and excellent food. In short, a moment that will remain in our holiday memories, and one we will definitely return to.

A place we look forward to returning to every year during our holidays. Upon arrival, water was offered even before we ordered, a small gesture that set the tone for the service (they even have a water bar for four-legged friends). We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The menu offers simple yet clearly refined cuisine: fish soup, poached egg on a bed of porcini cream, and octopus salad as starters, followed by a nice selection of main courses—a duo of sea bass fillet and prawns, salmon tartare, flank steak, and a particular favorite being the "baby bouillabaisse" fisherman's platter, which allows you to sample the famous bouillabaisse in an individual portion—an excellent idea. The side dishes are perfectly balanced, with nothing superfluous on the plate. For dessert, the chocolate fondant, strawberry tart, and orange mille-feuille round off the meal nicely. Also worth noting is the organic rosé wine bearing the restaurant's logo, served after the house aperitif, which pairs perfectly with the dishes. Expect to pay around €250 for four people, a price consistent with the quality offered. We come back every year, and it won't be the last time.

We received a very warm welcome, despite booking at the last minute. The main courses and desserts were all excellent. There were four of us dining, and we all agree. The fish was beautifully presented. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

A superb restaurant, primarily serving fish, but not exclusively. Ideally located with a magnificent view of the port of La Madrague, it boasts excellent, carefully prepared cuisine from the chef. The welcome is very friendly, and you'll have a truly enjoyable time there. I happily go and return every time I'm in Hyères. Bravo!

After a hike we were able to have a meal with a very generous welcome from Sandrine, the dishes were very good, the homemade bread too and we were even offered a small dessert!
