We were a table of 3 people for dinner. We had reserved the same morning, without having the offer to eat outside. As for the meal, apart from the frozen fries, everything was good. In terms of quality of service it was poor, the staff did not monitor their tables. Impossible to get their attention...(we raised our arm several times and we even called them) but without return... No attention from the staff, and no communication between them to know what was ordered or done on the tables. And the best for last, we left without a glance from the staff and the head waiter without a goodbye (while knowing that he was 1 meter from us).

Thursday August 15. Pleasant setting, impeccable cuisine. Reservation on the terrace, but not available when we arrived. Problem with the service: we were forgotten for desserts. The remaining waiter offered us ice cream because the kitchens were closed. He did what he could. Thanks to him!

Beautifully preserved place (great looking toilets but unfortunately in need of more attention - one of the toilets dirty and no toilet paper anywhere). Nice terrace/garden for outdoor dining. Food good but not special. Service very friendly but rather inexperienced.

Nous avons très bien déjeuner. Par contre le service réalisé par une bande de jeunes pas du tout professionnels, sans cesse les yeux rivés sur leur téléphone portable. Qui ne s'occupe pas des tables et qui ne suivent pas les commandes. C'est Insupportable.

Nice and cozy restaurant with terrace. Extensive map. Not expensive. Child friendly. Takes orders until 9:30 PM. The ideal place to have dinner in Épernay upon arrival in the evening. Delicious entrecôte with fries. I would not recommend our waitress. Unfortunately I couldn't help but smile.

We went there during a champagne trip with a group of 4 adults and our 5 kids. There was a menu for kids which is always nice when going with the kids. The food was really great and the service was extremely friendly. The portions were certainly enough. When we are in Epernay again, we will gladly return. PS: do pay a visit the toilet, it fits the setting of the old bank it used to be.

We had a very good lunch. On the other hand, the service provided by a group of young people who are not at all professional, constantly with their eyes glued to their cell phones. Who doesn't take care of the tables and who doesn't follow orders. It's unbearable.

Had a nice meal outside on the terrace. Food is beautifully presented. I took the tenderloin but that wasn't it. Tasty, but think a sirloin. Good pepper sauce and good fries as a scallop starter. Also tasty. Dessert was ice cream with a pear covered in chocolate. Very tasty. Very friendly young waiter who gave nice explanations about the dishes. It's a big place in an old bank building.

15/08/2024: We didn't know. Friendly welcome, good food, good champagne. My friend had steak/fries and I had hamburger/fries. 100 euros with champagne, rosé and desserts. Correct. The only downside is that there is a feeling of "instability" due to the inclination of the ground outdoors. But there was no other place. No problem, we'll go back.
31/07/2024: Looking for somewhere nearby to eat and decided to try here - I called into the restaurant at 18:00 and was told only 19:00 & 19:30 available - nothing later as they were full after that. Clearly a busy restaurant as there was a queue when we turned up for our reservation. Ordered a bottle of sparkling water plus a beer and ordered our food - halibut for me, lamb for my wife. The food came very quickly which is unusual in a French restaurant so our suspicions made us think everything was pre-prepared and all the food was luke warm - perhaps, perhaps not but unusual. All meals came with the same ratatouille type veg. Not very original and presentation could have been better. The place was buzzing and numerous people were turned away. Not the best meal we had but it was just OK.
