We stayed 4 nights for the first part of our honeymoon and were delighted to discover this hotel. Beautiful location, spa, meals... Everything was perfect. 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at La Bastide de Tourtour. Having known the establishment for a long time, I would particularly like to congratulate the management on the excellent progress and improvement achieved in recent years. The upgrade is undeniable; congratulations on the work accomplished. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They perhaps deserve even more support in developing a stronger hospitality culture to fully live up to the establishment's current standard. We also had lunch there: no complaints, it was decent and satisfactory. However, I would like to raise a more sensitive issue. As a wheelchair user, I am forced to book a superior room category because there are no standard rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. I am therefore obliged to pay a higher rate simply to have an accessible room. This situation seems regrettable to me, as accessibility should not entail an additional cost.

Hello, great weekend! Even though the weather wasn't perfect, the spa with its glass roof is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and always smiling. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast included sweet and savory options and fresh or local fruit juices. A wonderful stay; we will be back. P.S. I don't understand the negative comments about La Basride de Tourtour.

We had a wonderful stay at La Bastide this weekend. The spa is impeccable, peaceful, and well-heated. As for the room, it offers absolute tranquility and a simply incredible view. The only slight drawback was the lack of a Smart TV and a coffee machine in the room, which would have made the experience even more perfect! Thank you to the staff, who were very friendly!

We spent a relaxing weekend getaway for two, and what can I say… it was fantastic! 🤩 A huge shout-out 🙌🏻 to Sonia, the receptionist, for her warm welcome, smile, humor, and kindness. She was always there to help us with the smallest problem! 👌🏻 Another major plus: NO kids at all, as the spa is for adults only (16+), so you'll never be disturbed by constant shouting or crying! 😎 (We did notice a few children in the restaurant at lunchtime.) The room we had (number 25 downstairs) was very spacious and quiet. While we didn't get the view shown in the photos, we weren't disappointed! 😌 Regarding the facilities, they are varied and high-quality, but you should go in the morning (on weekends) because in the afternoon you'll have virtually no chance of finding a quiet moment alone as a couple 😅… The massages are fantastic! They let you smell the oil you want to use (3 choices) before the massage, and the masseuses are very professional. However, the only downside is that there are ads during the background music 😂. For example, it happened to me in the middle of my massage: "BETCLICK, the sports betting site…" It really ruins the atmosphere. Please, get a Spotify subscription or something, it's essential 🙏🏻 😬 The breakfast is amazing! There's truly everything! Eggs, cold cuts, honey, yogurt, fresh orange juice, blended vegetables, cakes, chocolate croissants, croissants, and much more! The restaurant is simply INCREDIBLE 🤯 It clearly deserves a star because the dishes are of such a high standard… I got goosebumps several times while eating them, and that's a sure sign of quality! The organization is top-notch, and some of the servers have a great sense of humor—I love it! The only question is: why isn't the restaurant listed on Google Maps in addition to the hotel??? A gem like this absolutely should be! 😱 Anyway, honestly, go for it! It's definitely worth the trip! 🙌🏻

A successful event! We shared two days as a couple, taking the opportunity to relax at the spa and enjoy the peaceful and charming surroundings. The welcome and the food were impeccable, thank you! One small drawback: we were in room 22 and were woken up by a trolley (probably carrying laundry), which was a shame due to this kind of background noise. Something to improve!

The hotel is magnificent, and the attention to detail is impeccable (from check-in to mealtimes). We were treated to an upgrade (to a prestige room), which we greatly appreciated. The room, like the hotel itself, was very clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The spa was perfect (we especially enjoyed the Nordic baths). A truly relaxing experience! We will definitely be back.

Quick stop for lunch and was a little disappointed by the service (not the most welcoming staff in the restaurant) and food which I remembered to be much higher standards a few years back.. shame its a fabulous location !

The setting and building were magnificent. The accessible room was spacious and clean, but separate from the main hotel building. Access required going outside. The air conditioning was noisy, and a kettle and tea bags/herbal teas would have been appreciated. The spa area was comfortable, and the staff were cheerful and professional. We were disappointed by the Valentine's Day menu, but the lunch the following day was impeccable.

A stylish spa hotel, where we go for a drink on the terrace in warm weather and inside at the bar when it's cool or raining. The scenery is stunning, dazzlingly beautiful at sunset. The service is polite. A relaxed place to socialize next to Tourtour, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
