Excellent welcome, seated very quickly, calm atmosphere and very pleasant service. A generously portioned gizzard salad. The three-pepper sauce is spicy, but the meat with its accompaniment of fries and/or salad is excellent. A very good meal.

Fantastic restaurant! The ingredients are high quality, the dishes are generous and delicious—a real treat. The hardest part is choosing! The staff is very friendly and provides impeccable service. I never miss a dinner there whenever I'm in Bordeaux.

Great restaurant where we had a lovely family meal. The baked egg for a starter was a bit undercooked, but still very tasty. The truffle risotto was excellent, and the chocolate fondant was delicious.
We'll definitely be back!
