We arrived without a reservation (a stroke of luck, as we were the last to be seated, as the restaurant is so popular in the region – and we quickly understood why!).
The owner, very kind, welcomed us and sat us down in a small, cool converted barn opposite the restaurant. What a lovely surprise! Our daughter loved this unusual place.
The food is flawless. The menu, deliberately kept small, demonstrates perfect mastery and a high standard of quality. The dishes, prepared with local produce, are fresh, tasty, and perfectly balanced.
If you're ever in the area, this restaurant is well worth the detour: go for it with your eyes closed!
For us, one thing is certain: we'll be back with great pleasure.
There are still people in our country who are committed to promoting good products and not just doing business. Of all our holidays spent traveling, this is the address we will remember. We must support them so that they continue to exist. In addition, the village is magnificent and the initiative of the Villagers to discover the rural life of yesteryear made this stopover a real pause in time.

05/09/2024: We popped in (4) without a reservation and they seated us immediately. Very quick service and the food was extremely delicious. We had the lamb dish and it was plentiful for lunch. Would highly recommend.
