I came to eat at this restaurant by chance with my sweetheart, the welcome, the service, the food were just superb! I will definitely come back!

Convinced we had booked THE restaurant in Niort, we were disappointed.
Throughout the meal, we felt rushed, as if the staff were eager to finish their shift. As for the food, we were also somewhat disappointed. We found nothing exceptional about what we ate; it was good, but not up to the standards we expected given the restaurant's reputation and price point. It was a bit bland, and aside from the names of the dishes, there was nothing particularly remarkable about the food.
On the other hand, the cocktail menu was exceptional, and we appreciated having a dedicated area for drinks. However, this isn't enough to entice us to return. Our experience ends here.

A passionate owner, clearly dedicated to his products, showcases them beautifully and pairs them with wines chosen with equal passion.
The atmosphere is delightful, the carpaccio is exquisite, and the verbena baba is a marvel, a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
As for the setting, it's simply breathtaking... a complete escape, welcoming, unpretentious, a truly special experience. A wonderful discovery this lunchtime that I highly recommend.

Always excellent and top-notch!
Between the sommelier's wine selection last night, the restaurant's signature cocktails, and the reasonably priced three-course menu, what a wonderful evening! 😍
I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially since it's located on the banks of the Sèvre River.

A wonderful discovery at this restaurant.
The set menu is €28, the dishes are refined, and the sommelier will be happy to advise you on pairings with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.
All this in a beautiful setting with a lovely shaded terrace.
The restaurant also serves as a wine bar in the evenings.
I will gladly return!
