La Bergerie sur Maubec

WE LOVED IT! While on vacation in the area, this restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The service was very warm and attentive, and the food was delicious—simple yet satisfying. The terrace was sublime and very cozy with an incredible view! We had a fantastic time. Thank you! ☺️

Back in the area, having been a regular at La Bergerie for years, I was surprised to see that the establishment has been taken over by new owners! The service was particularly good, the cocktails were great, the food excellent, and the wine list very nice. I highly recommend it!!

I've been a regular at La Bergerie restaurant since its first owners, as I grew up in Maubec, and I was delighted to discover it had changed hands. The decor is lovely, and the menu is small but high-quality. The wine list is incredible. I'd like to share my experience (which I believe is objective) after three evenings at this restaurant in July (two evenings at a table for two and one evening at a table for ten). In all three cases, absolutely everyone appreciated the ambiance, the decor, the warm welcome from the waitresses, and a very pleasant young waiter who was always agreeable. The meals were also very enjoyable; the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and a real pleasure. The only downside was a slightly older waiter who was visibly tired and stressed from the season. The first time I was given a poor welcome, I thought maybe I'd just gone on a bad night, but after three times, I simply think they're not good at customer service. It's a real shame because I recommend this restaurant to my clients and will go back again, but I have to admit that from arrival to departure, when it came time to pay the bill, I felt like I hadn't been able to enjoy a pleasant and relaxed evening at the restaurant.

We dined at this establishment on the recommendation of the owners of the guesthouse where we were staying. The waiters and waitresses were very welcoming. The food was delicious, from the starter (melon, tomato, and burrata salad with truffle focaccia) to the delightful dessert made with local apricots, all served in a pleasant setting. The price was very reasonable.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food and drinks, friendly service, nice music, and a beautiful terrace. We were there with the whole family (7 people). We arrived at 7:00 PM and were among the first, although we had a reservation. We thought we might be a bit early, but by 8:00 PM the terrace was pleasantly full. A mix of tourists and local guests. I had a pizza burrito myself. It was delicious, and for dessert, the chef's rum and raisin ice cream was superb! Afterwards, we took some photos of the lavender field next to the restaurant. Parking is easy in the large parking lot just past the restaurant, next to the church. However, there are also a few spots along the road near the restaurant.

Delicious steak tartare, good German beer...delicious wine...great atmosphere

The room was incredibly comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with my husband. ❤️🤩😍
