Lunch at Restaurant Tayac is a truly special experience. The food is perfectly conceived, with carefully sourced vegetables, raw and cooked, a key element in the dishes. The inclusion of elements from their own botanical garden brought something unique to each plate - we both agreed that we were experiencing new flavours in every course. Alongside the food, our visit was enhanced by Margaux's unparalleled hospitality, a superb and well-priced wine list, and a beautiful room and setting. We'll be back.

A very pleasant place, both elegant and welcoming, offering refined and delicious cuisine. You can feel the joy of life and the love of good, inventive dishes. Excellent value for money.

This place deserves 6 stars and more. The restaurant is magnificent. The shaded terrace with its views of the countryside and mountains is soothing and peaceful. Margaux welcomes you and accompanies you throughout the meal with her smile and kindness. And while you relax, Chef Nicolas works his magic in the kitchen, or rather, his art, because nothing is left to chance. He subtly blends ingredients and herbs from the garden to offer you a true explosion of flavors. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the dessert. The cherry on top, or purslane on the soup, is that the price of the menu doesn't limit access to the greatest treasures of France. Thank you for this timeless experience.

Absolutely top-notch. Service, ambiance, food. A truly excellent meal. The restaurant is run by a lovely couple. The wife is attentive to the customers, and the husband is in the kitchen preparing magnificent dishes. All the dishes are made with herbs from the estate's botanical garden. A real treat. Invited by my wife to this superb vineyard estate, home to this magnificent little gem, we were treated to a delightful experience. Our hostess was kind and welcoming, and the terrace offered a lovely view of the Luberon. The chef clearly enjoyed creating a sublime menu bursting with flavors, using local produce, herbs from the estate's garden, and, of course, the estate's own wine. In short, a truly delightful and enjoyable experience. Be sure to book in advance to indulge in this wonderful pleasure.
