During our stay at Château de Lastours, our tour group had the pleasure of dining several times at La Bergerie. Chef Sébastien Barrière and his team consistently delighted us with new, exciting, and varied creations. We always looked forward to what they would surprise us with each evening. A beautiful spot nestled in the hills. The decor is simple and warm, reminiscent of a winemaker's cellar. The staff is exceptionally kind. We were watching the kitchen from the dining room when the chef invited us in! 😀 The food is homemade, the ingredients are simple yet expertly prepared, and the flavors are surprising. A superb experience for our wedding anniversary. Absolutely nothing to complain about, especially since the prices are quite reasonable for this type of establishment. I highly recommend it.
