A beautiful hotel surrounded by nature, with comfortable, elegant, and romantic rooms. A delightful aroma permeates the entire space, creating a relaxing atmosphere. But without a doubt, the best part was the restaurant. A delicious menu that surprised you with every dish. To finish, a truffle crunch cookie that was more than a dessert—it was a work of art. Furthermore, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Congratulations to the chef and the owner. They provided us with an unforgettable experience. :)

A family-run hotel in a great location, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a delicious, high-quality breakfast. The restaurant is more upscale, offering refined dishes that are very good (we thoroughly enjoyed the fish), but perhaps less suitable for children. The welcome and service were very friendly and pleasant.

A magnificent setting in the Carcassonne hinterland at the foot of the Montagne Noire. A very warm welcome and attentive service from the moment I arrived. An excellent dinner where subtle flavor combinations were evident in every dish, from appetizer to dessert. A truly excellent restaurant, highly recommended, and especially advisable to book in advance depending on the season.
