Great cuisine, warm welcome, worth discovering

A true haven of peace for lovers of reading and good cooking! Nestled in the heart of a library, this unique address offers an enchanted break away from the hustle and bustle. We sit there to enjoy a simple and delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by walls lined with books. We went there with friends for a relaxing break, this restaurant was a great discovery which combines deliciousness and serenity. Additionally, the owners are very nice and helpful. We shared a good time with them. I highly recommend.

Where to eat on a Monday between Réalmont and Lacaune? In Réalmont, everything is closed, in Montredon as well, and in Saint Pierre de Trivisy, the Bibilotéca welcomes you with a smile and delicious, gloubi-bougla dishes, as the owner says. The daily menu is delicious and very generous, which is why we skipped dessert. I've read many very positive reviews like ours, and some complain because they're shocked that people smoke in small groups at the back of the bar but not in the restaurant. As a former smoker, I find it beneficial that there are Gauls who resist all the mostly stupid prohibitions. Country life is precisely freedom, and that's what most people were looking for during the lockdown during COVID. Thank you to the Bibliotéca for putting this freedom on our plates, and no one is complaining. Congratulations on this local initiative that operates this structure on the non-profit model. We came here and will definitely be back to try Lolo's cassoulet, which he's offering this Sunday at lunchtime. Unfortunately, that won't be possible for us this time, but it will be for another time. Nicolas (Albi)
