Very disappointed! The food was good, thankfully, considering the price. But everything else needs improvement. I'll be back.

We were quite disappointed by the restaurant. No draft beer in winter. We ordered some very attractive and rather good cocktails, but our meal was served too quickly afterward; we didn't have time to finish them. As for the main courses, they were good, but we were disappointed by the portion sizes considering the price. The Bresse chicken: a tiny leg plus a small piece of breast meat, even though we had asked the waitress if it was a generous portion to know whether we were ordering a starter. The side dish: a gratin dauphinois in a small dish to share with the person who had ordered frog legs. Frog legs, an iconic dish of the Dombes region, are supposed to be "fresh," but we had our doubts. They were tiny. The dish was lukewarm. Only the quenelle with Nantua sauce was served in a decent portion. The desserts were good. It was cold in the dining room; there were space heaters. Warning: your site has a problem, the menu cannot be read, the page loads continuously and returns to the top.

Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere. As usual, the dishes are delicious, made with quality regional products. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back. Patrick Plessy

Very noisy and cold dining room. The pike quenelle was undercooked. What a shame.

The dishes are delicious and exceptional, truly prepared with care, the restaurant's decor is incredible, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

No one greeted us at the entrance at 12:30 on a Sunday...not a glance to make us wait, nothing! We were left waiting...until we finally managed to flag down a waitress to ask if the table we had reserved was indeed the one we saw in the distance...! The glasses were all cloudy from the dishwasher, and several had large, caked-on food stains! In principle, in a restaurant...glasses are changed when they are no longer presentable! Furthermore, if the waitress taking orders could look up from her tablet and speak to the customers...it would be much more pleasant! The dishes: quite decent, very good desserts. The presentation of the plates was very harmonious. It's best to go during the week because it's clear they don't know how to handle the crowds. And during the summer...to enjoy the terrace! One last thing: my 86-year-old mother wanted to go to the toilet (which is outside the room) on her way out, but gave up because it wasn't lit and not very accessible!
